- It's a 48" electrifiable prefabricated fence. It arrives at your door as a complete roll with posts built into the mesh/fence.
- Very easy to set up. Takes approximately 15 minutes to set up. Highly conductive, only 35 ohms of resistance per 1,000 ft of fence. Important to perform routine vegetation maintenance to minimize grass/weed load on the fence and reduce energy drain.
- Keeps in poultry, sheep, goats, cattle and guard dogs. Keeps out deer, bear, raccoons, rabbits, foxes, coyotes, stray dogs and skunks.
- Single spiked posts that are woven into the netting fence at 10' intervals. Recommend using 48" FiberTuff posts (Item 208055 on Amazon) at ends and corners for additional support.
- MUST BE ENERGIZED TO BE EFFECTIVE. Energizer is not included. Recommend .25 joule of energizer per roll of netting. For optimum results, we recommend using a Premier Solar or AC/DC energizer that fits your specific needs. Use only low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizers. Warning! Do NOT use continuous current energizers with electric netting.
A highly visible electrifiable prefabricated fence. It arrives at your door as a complete roll with the posts already built into the mesh/fence. Vertical strings are spaced 3 inches apart and horizontal strings are spaced closer at the bottom of the fence to repel smaller predators. Horizontal spacing from bottom to top of fence is 2", 2", 2", 2", 4" 4", 4", 6", 6", 8", 8". Fence is supported by .6 inch diameter white plastic PVC posts--which are spaced at 10 ft. intervals throughout the netting. Each post has a 6" single spiked steel stake at the bottom to be inserted into the ground for support. Fence takes approximately 10 minutes to set up. Much more highly conductive than other netting fences due to a tinned copper super conductor woven into the fence along with the stainless steel conductors. Only 35 ohms of resistance per 1,000', as compared to 380 ohms of resistance on a net fence with only stainless steel conductors. Just attach a fence energizer and it's ready to keep your animals in and their predators out. Acceptable levels of electric conductivity on the fence can be difficult when low soil moisture conditions are present. If dry soil conditions occur frequently, a Pos/Neg (P/N) version of netting fence is strongly advised. FENCE MUST BE PROPERLY ENERGIZED TO BE EFFECTIVE. Energizer is not included. Recommend approximately .25 joule of energizer per roll of fence. Use only low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizers. Warning!
