Leslie D. Weatherhead was an influential Christian theologian in the 20th Century, at one time leading the Methodist church. In this book, he defines anxiety as a primary negative influence on humans and human society, and delivers his spiritual, Christian recommendation for a solution to treating the symptoms, as well as avoiding it in the first place.
