FEATURES: Our stainless steel «FANSEL» is an exceptional pressure cooker for canning jars for those who appreciate homemade stews, pickles, porridges, and other culinary delights. This canner pressure cooker for canning offers: compactness, making it easy to store and use in limited spaces. A generous capacity for its size — up to 10 jars of 0.5 liters each. A sleek and contemporary design, ensuring it fits seamlessly into any modern kitchen.
DIMENSIONS: The pressure canner measures 43 cm in height, 25 cm in diameter, and has a total volume of 14 liters. The autoclave weighs slightly more than 7 kg. Its lightweight design makes it easy to move, even when it is fully loaded. To assist with handling, the induction pressure canner is equipped with Bakelite handles, which remain cool to the touch, allowing you to move the canning cooker with your bare hands. The wall thickness is 1.5 mm — ideal for providing structural strength without adding unnecessary weight.
TWO STERILIZATION MODES: Choose the operating mode — steam or water. For steam mode, fill the autoclave to the lower level of the cans, for water mode — completely. Place the work pieces inside the autoclave. Turn on the canning cooker to heat up. Cook for the specified time according to the recipe, then turn off and wait for the pressure canner to cool down. The dish is ready! A recipe book is included, with detailed instructions on food preparation, ingredient quantities, cooking times, and temperatures.
ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES: Air Release Valve – Efficiently removes excess air during the sterilization process, allowing the temperature inside the chamber to exceed 100°C (212°F) for optimal food preservation. Check Valve – Prevents jar lids from bursting during the cooling phase by equalizing internal pressure between the jars and the autoclave chamber. Safety Valve – Automatically releases excess pressure during operation, ensuring safe usage at all times.
FULL PACKAGE: The pressure canner stainless steel is ready to use right out of the box. Prepare your canned food on the day you acquire the stainless steel steam canner, as all the necessary components are already included. No additional purchases are necessary. Assembling and preparing the canning pressure cooker for use take no more than 15 minutes.
WARNINGS: Do not cook in the autoclave without jars inside. Jar capacity configurations: 0.7 liters — 5 jars, 1 liter — 3 jars, 3 liters — 1 jar. Not suitable for smoking or distillation. In an autoclave, you can prepare canned food in the glass jars or specialized packages. The pressure canner comes disassembled.
