Printer must be clear of all error messages before use, including 'clean printer head'
We recommend using fresh ink from a different supplier after cleaning. If your ink caused the blockage it can reclog the head during priming

Printer cleaning is successful 90% of the time, but does require a supply of fresh ink and carries a small risk of damage to the printer.
