E-Rotary Bait Holder with EChip and 5/0 Hook Based on the most popular bait holder ever invented, the E-Rotary's improved bait head firmly holds frozen or fresh baitfish, with no toothpicks, rubber bands, or wires required. The embedded EChip bait technology duplicates the electrical nerve discharge of live bait, which triggers strikes by nearby predators.
