Description

  • Vapor-tight waterproofing: Foiltec laminated polyethylene membrane is waterproof and vapor-tight (0.033 perm, ASTM E96-E), ideal for showers, steam rooms and wet areas.
  • Steam-shower grade: 15 mil membrane blocks water and water vapor from migrating into walls and floors, protecting substrates in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies and commercial spaces.
  • Folding memory: Flexible design holds folds to wrap corners, transitions and linear drains cleanly for accurate, efficient waterproofing of complex layouts.
  • Dual anchoring fleece: Fleece on both sides locks into thin-set mortar for a secure bond under ceramic tile, porcelain tile, marble tile, mosaic tile and glass tile.
  • Heat-ready & quiet: Installs over radiant floor heating and helps dampen sound; cut with a utility knife and set with thin-set for pro or DIY shower systems.
