Protozoa; A Poseidon Adventure!

A complete curriculum about Protists for ages 10-15. Includes an 80-page student text with chapters on Paramecia, ciliates, flagellates, green algae, filamentous algae, diatoms, dinoflagellates, ameboids of all kinds, and an epilogue about protozoans that can make us sick. The text is lively and interesting, and filled with humorous cartoon characters, so these would-be-boring topics will be fascinating and fun for the students. Each chapter ends with some word puzzles, with special emphasis on the Greek and Latin words that appeared in that chapter.
