With a magnetic mounting base, antennas can be located in the most favorable position without having to move the modem or router itself. The magnetic base provides a non-destructive mounting option for antennas normally intended for direct modem or router chassis mounting.

The Proxicast Magnetic Antenna Base is a 3 inch (70 mm) diameter magnetic antenna base with an SMA female jack on top. Its strong magnet and durable metal construction makes it suitable for mobile vehicle mounting applications, stationary applications or even desktop use. The large diameter base improves stability and provides stronger magnetic force. The base includes a rubber cap to protect mounting surfaces.

The base also features a flexible 79 inch (6.5 ft / 2 meter) low-loss coax lead (HPP100) with an SMA male plug to connect to cellular modems, routers, GPS, HAM, ADS-B, 900 Mhz or other radio equipment.
