Pulleez are both functional and beautiful, with custom charms in crystal, metal or acrylic adorning the ends of the elastic. Simply secure your Pulleez by sliding hair through the elastic once; then squeeze the Pulleez toggle while pulling the ends of the elastic to your desired tightness. Squeeze again to loosen the elastic and release the hair. The patented design can also be worn as a bracelet.
