*Cake liner is eyeliner that comes in a compact dry form. It is similar to a pressed eyeshadow, but it is much more pigmented upon activation. It is easy to apply, it dries immediately without flaking, leaving a clean and stable line that will not smudge. **To "activate" the cake liner, wet your eyeliner brush and then dip it in the cake liner, or put a few drops of water into the cake liner and swirl that with your brush.
