Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Feed Pro Plan Prime Plus Adult 7+ Chicken & Rice Formula: For maximum benefit, feed this product exclusively or mix with any of the flavors of Pro Plan Prime Plus Classics Wet Entrees Adult 7+ cat food. When Feeding Prime Plus dry only, please refer to the feeding chart for recommended daily amounts based on your cat's weight. When feeding dry and wet Prime Plus together, decrease the daily amount of dry Prime Plus by 1/4 cup for every 3 oz. can of wet Prime Plus offered. Adjust as needed to maintain your cat's ideal body condition and avoid excessive weight gain. Divide total daily amount into 2 or more meals.
