Purple 70 Denier Nylon Ripstop Fabric - by the Yard

Extremely lightweight at 70 denier, Purple Nylon Ripstop is a perfect material for a fun windbreaker or a charming kite sail. Make a windsock or garden banner, or sew fun wind pants and costume clothes that will be light and comfy, with a distinctive paper-bag rustle when two pieces rub together. Coated with urethane, this ripstop is water resistant and, as the name suggests, rip and tear resistant. This ripstop isn't rated for outdoor use such as for hammocks or awnings. Nylon and polyester dyestuffs have a tendency to migrate from dark to light shades during washing or dry cleaning, we cannot guarantee that color transfer will not occur.
