QIDI Official 3D Printer Filament, Carbon Fiber Reinforced PPS Material, 1.75mm Diameter & 0.75kg Spool, Heat-Resistant & Flame-Retardant, Industrial-Grade for Automotive & Aerospace Functional Parts
- Carbon Fiber-Enhanced Mechanical Performance – Crafted as a carbon fiber-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composite, QIDI PPS-CF filament offers remarkable rigidity (with a bending modulus of up to 7160 MPa) and bending strength (142 MPa). Its precisely formulated fiber mixture boosts dimensional stability, reduces warpage and shrinkage, and surpasses most nylon filaments in structural dependability—making it perfect for high-precision functional components.
- Exceptional High-Temperature Endurance & Flame Retardancy – Featuring a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of up to 264°C and the ability to operate continuously above 200°C, this filament performs exceptionally well in harsh high-temperature conditions. It meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, guaranteeing safety for electronic parts, automotive engine bay components, and high-temperature industrial fixtures.
- Strong Chemical Resistance & Ultra-Low Moisture Absorption – It exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents (remaining stable below 200°C), maintaining its structural integrity even in corrosive environments. With an ultra-low moisture absorption rate of just 0.05%, it retains stable mechanical and thermal properties in humid conditions, avoiding the performance decline often seen in nylon-based materials.
- Optimized for High-Performance FDM 3D Printing – Designed to work seamlessly with high-temperature FDM 3D printers, such as the QIDI Plus4 and Ultimaker Factor 4. Recommended printing settings include a nozzle temperature of 310-350°C, a bed temperature of 100-120°C, and 0.4/0.6/0.8mm hardened steel nozzles to prevent abrasion. Pre-drying the filament ensures smooth, consistent printing results.
- Industrial-Grade Versatility Across Industries – This filament is a top choice for the aerospace, automotive, chemical, and electronics sectors. It is ideal for producing functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and end-use parts that require a blend of strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance in challenging working environments. Each 0.75kg spool is neatly wound to prevent tangling, ensuring reliable feeding during printing.
