Make ID cards in house using seamless butterfly pouches with Teslin paper and an EasyIDea ID card laminator.
These butterfly pouches are 10 mil thick and produce a 30 mil card when using 10 mil Artisyn or Teslin sheets. 30 mil is the standard thickness of all ID cards. These pouches also have a 1/2" HiCo magnetic stripe that can be encoded with our EasyIDea MSR206 Magnetic Stripe Encoder. All of our butterfly pouches are 2.125"x3.375", the standard size for cards found in a wallet. By inserting printed Teslin paper inserts between the flaps and laminating it, one can produce seamless, secure identification cards that can be used for any purpose. Butterfly pouches come included in all of our Complete ID Card Kits.
