- Pack of 500 thermal heat activated Laminating Pouches sealed on one 3-3/4” edge, includes 5 silicone coated reusable laminating carriers for those laminators that recommend them (additional carriers may be purchased separately)
- Durable polyester plastic with heat activated EVA adhesive which becomes clear when heat and even pressure is applied (laminator recommended)
- Maximum insert sheet size Recommended: 2” x 3.5” (51mm x 89mm) provides 1/8” sealed edge border protecting your card’s edges
- Standard 1/8" radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish for a safe Professional Finish
- Metric Pouch size: 57mm x 95mm and 175 microns thick (x 2 sides = 350 microns total thickness added to your sheet)
500 Oregon Laminations Premium brand Business Card size 7 mil hot laminating pouches 2-1/4" x 3-3/4" with standard 1/8" radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 2" x 3-1/2" (or less) to leave standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge. Metric specs: 57mm x 95mm and 175 microns thick per flap. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps.
TIPS: Industry standard specification for 7 mil laminating pouches is 7 mils on each flap for a total of 14 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three like folders.
