COOKING SURFACE: 13.7" w X 8.7" L. It is 23.4" long when the handle is attached and 16" without it.

FOOD SIZE: The baskets inside height is .78" when closed. Food thicker than .78" such as a steak, will have a tighter fit but will still allow the basket to safely lock in place.

GRILL GRATES: 2mm thick. Each square in the grid is .63" across.

MATERIAL: Unlike other baskets, the Qualitech basket is made with 100% high-quality 430 grade Stainless Steel materials that will not rust!

REMOVABLE WOODEN HANDLE: 1.5" w X 11" L

Innovative Features:

DISHWASHER SAFE: Just remove the wooden handle and wash with your normal dishes for easy clean up!

COOKING PRONGS: Rest the 2 prongs on a surface, and the handle on another to allow the entire cooking surface to cook evenly over direct heat.

REMOVABLE HANDLE: To attach the handle, simply pinch the metal prongs at the top together and release pressure to insert them into the metal holes at the bottom of the basket. It is made of durable hardwood and won't burn unless it is exposed directly to flame for a long period of time.

THREE SECTIONS: Unlike normal baskets, this basket has a cooking surface with 3 sections divided into 4.5 inches. The wire grates in between these sections meet together to create an edge when the basket is closed. This keeps food in place and prevents it from sliding all over while rotating the basket when cooking.

KEEP POINTED SIDE UP: The top side wire of the basket has a pointed shape near the handle, and the bottom is round. Always make sure to have the pointed side facing up before you unlock and open the basket to keep your food from falling out.
