Looks, size, and weight are virtually identical. The function is very good in my opinion as someone who has been using stethoscopes the past 25 years. We have improved this model with each production. Ear Tips are now a soft silicone and no longer screw on but push over the binaural exactly like Littman and will not unscrew or fall off. Both diaphragms are tune-able and respond with a simple pressure change to capture low and high-frequency sounds.
