Q: Does our SSD really has virus inside?
No, this issue only happened on windows system because the our mini ssd require high access rights in old version and anti-virus software will recognize it as virus, we have fixed this problem on software 4.5 for Windows, please contact our support email to get replacement.
Software compatibility problem of Mac systerm
1. The latest MacOS Catalina does not compatible with encryption software.
