Our j hooks are designed to fit most of 2"x2" square tube Power rack with 1" holes but not all, so we recommend you check your rack dimensions before making a purchase to prevent from an uncomfortable returning process. - OVERALL UHMW LINERS PROTECTION helps protect your barbell knurling from damage and reduce noise during your workout session. Most hooks in the market have just 2 pads. The 3 pad liners are the overall solution to protect your barbells.
