- TWO INGREDIENTS – That’s it. No added Starches, Gums, or Fillers. We use a specialty Brown rice flour that is perfectly milled to eliminate the grit with a smooth finish; and Rice flour, naturally very sticky, and in the milling process, that stickiness gets amplified. This allows RYZE Flours to hold perfect structure while staying moist and crumb free. Both ingredients are naturally gluten free and are tested to the highest standards.
- RYZE BLUE Flour Blend is specifically crafted for Cookies, biscuits, pie crusts, scones and many more. The Blue Blend performs better for thicker items that might come out of a dough, like chocolate chip cookies. RYZE is a Cup for Cup substitution into most recipes and is naturally and certified gluten free.
- POUR NOT SCOOP – When measuring out RYZE flour, make sure to pour the flour into the measuring cups and not scoop. Scooping flour out of the bag can pack more flour into the cup, leading to thick, dry finished products.
- ALLERGEN FREE – RYZE was developed to clean up the gluten free category. We have eliminated refined starches and gums from our mixes to provide a clear, allergen friendly product. RYZE is able to replace those ingredients by using the natural characteristics of rice and nothing else.
