The Rada Cutlery W218 Bagel Knife has a wide, double-sided serrated edge which makes it the perfect choice for cutting breads and baked goods.  This will be your go-to kitchen knife for cutting bagels, muffins, scones, cakes, croissants and much more!  The blade measures 6 inches and has an overall length of 10-1/8 inches.  The blade on the bagel knife is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel. The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention.  The handle on the bagel knife is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher.  Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but this handle is dishwasher tolerant.  Rada Mfg.
