The Super Parer has the biggest handle and longest blade of all the Rada paring knives. It works great for dicing onions, cutting potatoes and red cabbage or slicing corn off the cob. It's also one of our favorites for boning chicken breasts. Blade 4 3/8 inches, overall 8 3/8 inches. Package of 2 Super Parers. Rada cutlery is made of surgical quality, high carbon stainless steel.
