So what's a "Maroo" Raisin, anyhow? Glad you asked. Maroo Raisins are grown in California and come from the Black Maroo Grape, a grape variety that produces very large seedless grapes and raisins. We take pride in our Maroo Raisins because no other grape supplier, besides Anthony's, use Maroo Grapes to produce Maroo Raisins. The result is a far larger raisin, with a taste that is perfectly sweet and fruity.
