The Hexfly lineup of LiPo (Lithium Polymer) batteries are built strong with a heavy duty hard case & heavy gauge wiring. LiPo batteries offer much improved performance than NiCD or NiMH batteries as long as your vehicle is compatible with LiPo batteries. Please check your vehicle manual to make sure your vehicles ESC can accept LiPo batteries and the ESC must have a LiPo cutoff. LiPo batteries must be charged with LiPo compatible chargers. Lithium Polymer batteries are hazardous and may catch fire, cause damage to your vehicle or other if you do not strictly follow the instructions for handling and charging.
