The Reese Towpower Tail Light Converter is a complete kit that includes 78014 Circuit Protected Power Module and complete wiring kit. The power module draws power directly from the vehicle battery and uses less than 5 mA of the vehicle circuit. This unit is rated for up to 2.1 amps for Turn/Stop circuits and 5.6 amps for the tail light. Upgraded to work with vehicles that use a pulse width modulation (PWM), this will allow the converter to turn on fully and give the trailer lights full brightness. The trailer brakes will override the hazard lamps when the brake is activated and will not interfere with tow vehicle computer system or anti-lock brake system. Will work with most LED and incandescent/standard bulbs (vehicle and trailer). Works with 2-wire or 3-wire light system.
