Reliable 500 lb. Capacity Torsional Stub Axles - Pair
- One-piece forged spindles have a starting position of 45° down
- 1" straight spindles with castle nuts and cotter pins
- Progressive torque action and independent suspension
- Stub axles can be bolted or welded to trailer frame
- These stub axles are designed for use with 8" to 12" wheel rims. Do not exceed 12" rims.
Reliable torsional stub axles use specially formulated "rubber" cords to cushion the turning of the inner bar to create the best suspension on the market today. This progressive torque action provides the best shock absorption, load handling and durability features that are available for all types of trailers. The independent action of each wheel reduces shock transfer and trailer sway. Hubs and bearings sold separately.

Includes (2) torsional stub axles with 1" straight spindles, castle nuts and cotter pins. Spindle arms are positioned at 45Â° downward starting angle with 2Â½" of travel. Stub axles do not include flanges for mounting electric or hydraulic brakes. Rated 250 lbs. per stub, 500 lbs. per pair.

Please Note: 18.5 X 8.5 AND 20.5 X 8 "DOUGHNUT" TIRES CANNOT BE USED WITH TORSIONAL AXLES. TIRES WILL NOT CLEAR AXLE ARM. Hubs, bearings or mounting hardware is not included.
