Does not include the cable to the motor or the power cord to the wall. Uses 2 Nine Volt batteries for integrated emergency lowering of lift chair. They are suitable for input voltages of 100-240 V AC and comply with the European directive 2009/125/EG (Eco-Design) for very low standby consumption. Output Voltage 29V DC.
