This repair kit is essentially the same as the Hypro 9910-KIT1723 Diaphragm Repair Kit, only it includes a bonus 9910-740290 Sight Glass O-Ring.

If you see the oil in the sight glass has turned milky grey in color, stop running the pump immediately. This milky grey color most likely indicates your diaphragms are damaged and will need to be replaced as soon as possible. Running your diaphragm pump with damaged diaphragms can cause serious damage to your pump. Have this repair kit nearby just in case your pump experiences diaphragm damage to keep your operation on schedule. It is recommended to replace the diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours of use if the pump is in constant use so it remains reliable in the field.
