Note: Your assistance pounds will vary as the band stretches. So if you weigh 200 lbs., it does not mean that you won't stretch a 200lb. band. A good purchase combination would be: buy a band one size below and one band two sizes below the resistance that you are looking for. Use them together a first, then go to the heavier one only, then progress to the lighter one. This will give you three different resistance levels with just two bands to purchase.
