A locking quick Release skewer that comes with our rooftop bike racks (tie rod, jetline, Pitchfork, euro Pitchfork) and with our truck bed bolt on bike carriers (Clutch series, lowball series). it is also great for upgrading other RockyMounts rooftop bike racks (noose, Lariat, 9mm Pitchfork, 9mm tie rod).
