This tale follows a young man, Tavin, who is forced from his life-long home by gangs.Â Tavin is able to join the Imperial Marines.Â After a career where he provides exemplary service to the Empire, he is unceremoniously dumped 'on the beach'.Â

We see the result of his training as he recruited into the service of the Empire once more - in a very different role.Â
