Using Method
Freezing Method: ☂☃ Put the round ice pack into the freezer for 0.5-1 hour, the soft cloth backing on one side serves as a protective barrier between skin and pouch.
Heating Method: Put the ice pack into the microwave oven for about 10 seconds with intermediate fire. Limit treatments at time. If the temperature is too low or high for you, please use a cloth wraps to cover the pack.
