The Rubbermaid Commercial Brute lid is a round, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) lid used with the Rubbermaid Commercial Brute 2620 container (sold separately). High-density polyethylene (HDPE) resists moisture and certain chemicals and is stronger than low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The lid is designed to snap securely onto the trash can and has a self-draining design that helps prevent water from pooling when it is outside. This product meets National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 21 for the indoor or outdoor storage of refuse.
