Ruland JD10/15-98R Jaw Coupling Spider, Red, Bore, 23/29" or 15mm OD
Carefully made by Ruland in Marlborough, MA, curved jaw couplings are comprised of two hubs pressed fit with an elastomer "spider" with the same OD. Curved jaw couplings are zero-backlash by design and are well-suited to servo applications where accuracy of torque transmission is required. The red spider is made from an advanced polyurethane material and has the greatest torsional stiffness. Maximum is 8,000 RPM. RoHS and Reach compliant. Also called a jaw coupling insert or spider.
