In addition, instead of foam inserts that are prone to wear, the rubber is attached to turbine feathers, and it is compatible with a wide range of 0.7 - 1.3 inches (19 - 32 mm) diameters, so it can be attached to most microphones. By removing the black vane, it can also be attached to microphones up to 38mm diameter

The Rycote Square Mic Flag (White) will accommodate microphone diameters measuring 19 to 38mm (0.74-1.49") and is made of a durable shatterproof plastic with large printable logo areas. The flag features a series of durable red and black rubber "vanes" that align the inner perimeter and keep microphones secure. The system eliminates perishable foam inserts and the vanes are removable in order to accommodate various microphone diameters.
