  • POSITIVE-LOCK HOSE CONNECTION — SPRING-LOADED BUTTONS SECURE THE BEAR PAWS HOSE IN PLACE: The Bear Paws hose end uses spring-loaded buttons that engage into locking slots on the adapter — a positive-lock connection that holds the hose throughout recovery without press-fit reliance. Hook the adapter onto the cage door bars by hand, connect the hose until it clicks, and secure the warming blanket to the interior flange. No tools required.
  • OUTSIDE HOSE PORT, INSIDE BLANKET FLANGE — TWO FUNCTIONS, ONE PART: The adapter spans the cage door bars with a dual-purpose design. On the outside, the Bear Paws hose locks securely into the port via the spring-loaded button mechanism. On the inside, an integrated flange anchors a tie-string warming blanket directly over the patient — keeping therapeutic heat where it belongs throughout post-operative recovery.
