Complete Ready-to-Use Welding Lead Set – Made in the USA: Includes one Electrode Holder Cable Assembly with AF-3 holder and one Ground Clamp Cable Assembly with your choice of EG-300 or MOD 300 clamp. Both are built with premium Ultra-Flex Class M #2 AWG cable (0.430” nominal O.D.) and rated 200 Amps @ 60% Duty Cycle.
Designed for Confined and Demanding Work Environments: Engineered for shipyards, dry docks, fabrication shops, and pipeline work where flexibility, reliability, and safety are essential in tight and mobile welding conditions.
Premium Ultra-Flex Construction: Both cables feature 34 AWG fine-stranded bare copper conductors and a durable TPE jacket that resists battery acid, oil, diesel fuel, flame, and abrasion while maintaining flexibility from -58°F to +221°F (-50°C to +105°C).
Professional-Grade Components: The AF-3 electrode holder features a heavy-duty nylon body, high-conductivity copper alloy jaws, and a strong coiled spring for a secure grip and stable arc. Choose between the MOD 300 ground clamp with copper-alloy serrated jaws and oval-point cable screw, or the EG-300 zinc-plated steel clamp with a hex screw connection and arc-blow-free design.
Custom Assembled and Ready to Weld: Each set is assembled in the USA to your specifications the same day the order is received and ships fully assembled—no tools required. Multiple cable lengths and connector options available including LC-40 (Cam-Lock), Dinse 10-25, Dinse 35-70, or Terminal Lug.
