You may have heard of gel-filled worm dampeners, tennis worm dampeners, worm dampeners, or even vibration worm dampeners. These are all the same kind and SHOCKLABS is the highest quality gel-filled tennis worm dampeners on the market

SHOCKLABS Installation Instructions:

  • Place the tennis dampener on top of the strings underneath the last cross weave. This will help you gauge the correct starting point.
  • When your starting point has been selected (often the 4th or 5th string from the centre) attach one rod to the main strings (going vertically)
  • You are now ready to begin weaving over and under the strings until you get to the end
  • You will know you are done weaving when the dampener reaches its extension limit and at this point you can attach it to its nearest main string

    • Please note that you should check your racket after completing the setup to see if the dampener is in a centralized position on the frame. If it is slightly to the right or left this is OKAY but for a perfect job you can start over and choose a better starting point (main string) to begin weaving from. The Install will take 1-2minutes and you can rest assured that our tennis vibration dampener will stay firmly in your racket.
