Description

  • Plasma Cutting Performance: The STC750P plasma cutter features advanced IGBT inverter technology and a high-frequency pilot arc, supporting dual voltage inputs of 110V and 220V. For 110V operation, the current range is 15-45A, ideal for home use and small workshops. At 220V, the current range extends to 15-75A, making it perfect for DIY projects and heavy-duty cutting tasks. Maximum recommended cutting thickness is 15mm at 45A and 60 PSI on 110V, and 25mm at 75A and 70 PSI on 220V.
  • Non Touch Pilot Arc Plasma Cutter: The plasma cutter machine with pilot arc function, It’s a high-frequency non-contact arc starting method, This means the torch head doesn't need to touch the metal plate, enabling faster cutting speeds and improving work efficiency. With a stable arc, it can perfectly cut metal materials with rust, paint, and uneven surfaces, making it suitable for a wider range of applications. With the addition of a PA (Pilot Arc) adjustable function, the maintenance time of the pilot arc is extended, reducing energy consumption during non-cutting periods and minimizing electrode wear, extend consumables life.
  • Smart Air Pressure Monitoring: This machine features a built-in air sensor that continuously tracks air pressure, displaying precise readings on the LED panel for greater accuracy and convenience compared to traditional gauges. It includes an internal air filter with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, making it ready for immediate use. The front-panel pressure adjustment knob allows for easy and precise control. If pressure falls outside the safe range, the display enters a red warning zone; an "E5" error code specifically indicates low pressure. When connected to an air compressor, maintain pressure within 70 PSI. (Note: Air compressor not included.)
  • PT/2T/4T/PA Function: The post-time function can be adjusted between 3-15 seconds, helping to cool the torch head and extend the life of consumables. A cooling time of 4-8 seconds is generally recommended. The 2T and 4T modes offer automated cutting control, relieving the user's hand. 2T is semi-automatic control to ensure fast and flexible cutting; 4T is fully automatic control to achieve long-term cutting. The PA setting adjusts the duration of the pilot arc, with longer settings ideal for cutting mesh metal and shorter settings beneficial for extending the life of consumables.
  • Intelligent Dual Digital Display: This upgraded LED screen features a dual digital display that shows key parameters such as air pressure, voltage, and current. Users can monitor the machine’s status in real time and make adjustments as needed, improving operational efficiency. In the event of a malfunction, the screen displays an error code for quick troubleshooting (“E1” indicates overload protection, “E2” indicates overheat protection), ensuring system safety and extending the machine’s lifespan.
