- Forms a hard shield withstand extreme temperatures up to 2300°F (1260°C) – Stops ceramic fibers from breaking loose in high-heat DIY projects like forges or smelting foundry
- Just Spray & Dry. No mixing needed. Pre-wet blanket with water, spray until saturated, install while damp – cures naturally in 48hrs or heat-gun for faster setup
- Withstands 30m/s gas flow – 3X more erosion-resistant than untreated blankets. SiO₂-based formula, non-toxic when cured
- 16oz covers 2-2.5 sq ft (0.17-0.2 m²) – Comes with adjustable trigger sprayer
- PREVENTS costly repairs. Stops fiber dust in air (lung hazard) and insulates 25% better – Saves you from rebuilding furnace linings
- This curing agent is semi-transparent, will not change the color of the original blanket/wool
- Please Note: The effect of the curing agent is not permanently. It will gradually lose its effectiveness over time. Just need to repeat the application again
- When the temperature is below 32°F(0℃), the rigidizer may freeze. Place the bottle in warm water to thaw it, and then it can be used normally without affecting its performance.
