Description

Ideal for use where inspection set-ups are not otherwise possible using plain v-blocks.
Ball bearing v-blocks allow the inspection and detection of out-of-round conditions, defects, and lobes without damage to blocks or parts.
3/16 to 15" Capacity, 90° Angle, Cast Iron Ball Bearing V-Block 4-3/4" Long x 4-3/4" x 1-5/8" Wide, Sold as 2 Block Set.
Accuracy of balls is 0.00005" sphericity; balls finished to 0.2 micro inches and hardened to 62C Rockwell. Overall accuracy of matched pairs is +/- 5 microns. Cast iron base and housing is heat stabilized and seasoned.
Inspect components from 2 angles by turning spacer block 90 degrees. Sold as a pair with clamps and test balls.
