The SPRI jump rope improves coordination, agility and cardiovascular fitness and is a made of a durable construction with molded foam handles that will reduce hand fatigue. Its adjustable length (10-feet) allows user of all sizes to find their perfect fit! to adjust the length of your rope first you'll want to find your perfect length by standing on the middle of the rope with one foot and extending the top of the handles to reach your armpit (see photo for additional detail). once you have determined your perfect fit, use a coin to remove the end cap from the rope handle. Push the cord from the bottom of the handle until you reach your desire length. Cut cord and use pliers to secure the metal holder. Replace the handle end cap.
