SUNLU PA6-CF Carbon Fiber Nylon Filament 1.75mm 1KG, Made of 80% PA Nylon and 20% Carbon Fibers, Stiff & Strong & Heat Resistant, for Industrial Parts, 3D Printer Filament, Black
UNMATCHED STRENGTH & DURABILITY – SUNLU PA6-CF filament is made of 80% PA Nylon and 20% carbon fiber, offering superior strength, stiffness, and durability. Its carbon fiber reinforcement enhances rigidity, making it perfect for tough, functional parts like gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, and bike frames. Ideal for industrial applications, it excels in high torsional, tensile, and impact strength
EXCEPTIONAL HEAT RESISTANCE - With a heat deflection temperature of up to 209°C, SUNLU PA6-CF outperforms common filaments like PLA and PETG, making it perfect for applications exposed to high temperatures. This includes automotive components, cookware handles, and industrial machinery parts. Additionally, the filament’s maximum drying temperature of 110°C ensures that it maintains its superior properties even after drying
WIDE COMPATIBILITY & PRECISION - SUNLU PA6-CF filament features a 1.75mm diameter with dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.03mm, ensuring compatibility with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers. The spool has a diameter of 140mm (5.51 inches) and a hub hole of 36.6mm (1.44 inches), fitting a wide range of printers, including Bambulab H2D, X1 series, and more
PRINTING SETTING - SUNLU PA6-CF is designed for experienced 3D printing enthusiasts. Printing with copper spray is susceptible to abrasion, and we recommend using abrasion-resistant nozzles, such as those made of hardened steel (nozzle: 270-290°C, bed: 50-70°C). Print at speeds of 50-150mm/s for the best results. To maximize heat resistance, anneal your prints at 80-130°C for 5-12 hours. This setup ensures durability, making it ideal for high-performance mechanical parts
NOTES - To get the best results with SUNLU PA6-CF, start by drying the filament (80°C for 24 hours or 110°C for 4 hours). Fine-tune your printer settings, especially the first layer calibration, and adjust for the filament's cooling contraction. For optimal adhesion, any bed surface requires a thin layer of PVA glue or Magigoo PA. Once properly set up, you’ll achieve clean prints with excellent layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy
VACUUM SEALED FOR MOISTURE PROTECTION - SUNLU 3D printer filaments are vacuum sealed with a desiccant pack to keep the filament dry and dust-free during transportation. This packaging ensures the filament arrives in optimal condition, preserving its quality and ensuring the best printing results
