Aluminium gaskets are lightweight yet robust, offering outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly suited for transfer case repairs.
  • Compatible with: The steel crush gaskets carry nominal dimensions of M18 x M24 and replace the following part numbers: 1215710010, 12157-10010, 9043018134, 90430-18134—4. The two copper differential gaskets are M24 x M32, replacing part numbers 9043024017, 90430-24017, 9043024003, 90430-24003. The aluminium shim is an 18mm crush washer, replacing transfer case components 90430-18008 and 90430-A0003.
  • Easy Installation: Installation is straightforward, requiring no specialist mechanical skills. First, remove the old drain plug with a spanner and discard the worn gasket. Then position the new gasket onto the bolt, reinsert the bolt, and torque to specification. Each gasket replacement takes only minutes, requiring no modifications—simply swap the component.
