Horn stops blaring once cover is snapped back onto the frame. 3 year guarantee against breakage in normal use. End user must verify the alarm and battery function every six months and replace battery annually or as required. UL Listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards. Includes battery. Polycarbonate rated -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F (-40 degrees C to 121 degrees C).
