- Want some chew with your chocolate? Our Deep Dark Chocolate Chew is the founder's brainwave -- take a plain taffy base and add as much chocolate as the base will hold!
- We use sugar and evaporated milk to brighten chips of pure chocolate, and add a toss of fine sea salt to compliment the cocoa. Our finishing crunch of large sea salt turns each chew into a fudgey treat!
- There is no gluten in any of the ingredients but please be aware we do not keep a gluten free kitchen
- Each box weighs 3.5 oz. and contains 13-15 pieces

In June 2011 our friends opened an organic produce stand in Far Rockaway Beach and couldn't find a naturally-flavored salt water taffy -- a taffy without artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. Marisa Wu jumped at the chance to put her own spin on the chewy nostalgic sweet! She wanted to reimagine salt water taffy so she used natural ingredients like real vanilla beans, fruit purees, spices, and large-grain sea salt. It was love at first pull! The candy came out true to flavor and creamy like a milkshake, with a distinct salt crystal crunch. This was not your average salt water taffy!
