Sam Lanin was one of the most prolific of the recording bands from the roaring twenties. Making Faces and Just One More Chance are quite unusual in that the masters were played with two cartridges simultaneously to give a strange echo effect. Fortunately , this was not a common practice, but I have seen the same thing on a Domino pressing.
All tracks were transferred with a special digital hi-definition process for smoother, fuller sound.
