Scarborough Fair: Songs from the British Isles

Bryn Terfel is perhaps the most famous bass-baritone in the world today: he has performed at every major opera house and his many recordings of both opera and popular music are consistently #1 hits. This new album of popular folk songs of the British Isles is a follow-up to his Grammy® award winning Simple Gifts. As on the previous album, Bryn collaborates with Chris Hazell who has lushly orchestrated and arranged the songs.
Bryn is joined by multi-platinum selling Irish pop-star Ronan Keating in the classic, Danny Boy. Other collaborators include Sharon Corr from the Irish pop-band The Corrs and up-and-coming English soprano Kate Royal.
