  • EXTREME RADIANT HEAT PROTECTION: Thermal Block is a 1/8" thick automotive heat shield and radiant heat barrier designed to reflect up to 98% of radiant heat. Available in multiple pack options, each sheet measuring 12” x 24” (2 sq ft). It is ideal for reducing engine and exhaust heat transfer through firewall heat shield, floor pans, and under-hood insulation areas to keep interiors cooler.
  • RATED FOR EXTREME TEMPERATURES: Built to withstand continuous exposure up to 800°F (427°C), this aluminum heat shield performs reliably near engines, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and catalytic converters. Designed as a heat barrier automotive solution that helps reduce surface temperatures by 100–200°F when installed with foil facing the heat source.
  • OEM-GRADE MATERIALS & DURABILITY: Constructed with a heat-resistant reflective aluminum foil and PET fiber insulating core, this heat shield material resists water, oil, solvents, coolant, and flame.
