This milk frother makes hot and cold milk froth for cappuccinos, heats hot milk for lattes;
Maximum capacity: 125 ml (for milk froth preparation), 250 ml (for hot milk preparation);
There are 2 maximum level marks. The top maximum level mark is for milk warmer, the 2nd maximum level mark is for milk frother(milk volume expands after frothing). And minimum milk level mark(do not turn on frother without minimum amount of milk in the cup);

To make hot drinks, press the ON/OFF button once and release immediately, both heater and frother will turn on. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2-3 seconds, the frother will turn on, but heater won't turn on. This makes cold drinks.
A small layer of milk may burn which is normal, and does not indicate a defect.
This layer is not a safety issue and it does not impact the flavor of the froth, or the performance of this unit.
A brush is provided for easy cleaning. We also recommend allowing warm water to soak in the frother to loosen film if needed.
